Welcome Parents and Students!

My name is Jeannine Baum, and I have taught English and social studies for the last eight years.  This is my third year teaching in Lapeer Community Schools.   I am happy to spend this year here at East teaching ninth, eleventh, and twelfth grade English. 

I completed  my undergrad in English and history at Michigan State University.  I earned an endorsement in social studies from Madonna University before completing my Master’s at Michigan State University in Instruction and Curriculum with a focus on education technology.

I look forward to working with all of you and making this year great!
