Algebra III

Course Syllabus: Algebra III with Trig A

Teacher: Mrs. Markwart

 Course Description:

Algebra III with trig touches base on a wide variety of topics that a first year college student would typically encounter in a College Algebra course. In addition to reviewing some basic algebra skills, we will be studying functions in great detail including linear functions, quadratics, polynomials, radical functions, rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions. If time permits, we will also take a look at sequences and series. Another major goal of the course is to get you familiar with the TI-83 Plus graphing calculator as this is a required piece of equipment for a college student.
