Dear Senior Parent/Guardian:
Lapeer High School would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you, the parents and guardians of a graduating Senior. Parent involvement is extremely important. Participation in Senior activities is a privilege that is earned by the accumulation of necessary credits, consistent attendance and appropriate behavior. As with any school-sponsored event, students attending all activities are governed by the Lapeer Community Schools Board of Education Student Behavior and Discipline code. Any violation of this code could result in a graduating Senior being denied his/her opportunity to participate in activities including Commencement. Please take time to remind your student about these expectations.
The 2025 Lapeer High School Commencement will be held at Dort Financial Event Center. If you have questions, please feel free to call Lapeer High School at 810-667-2418. An End-of-Year Calendar of Senior Events is below. It will also be posted on the Lapeer High School Facebook and website.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jason E. Larsen
LHS Principal
